1. Our service

We are an authorised visa concierge — we prepare documents, lodge applications, and track outcomes. We are not a sponsor, an embassy, or a guarantor of approval. Visa decisions remain solely with the destination country's authorities.

2. Fees & refunds

Service fees are payable in advance. Government / consular fees are passed through at cost. See our Refund Policy.

3. Your obligations

• Provide truthful, complete information and original documents.
• Attend appointments and biometrics as scheduled.
• Notify us promptly of any change in your circumstances.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fees you paid us for the specific application. We are not liable for visa refusals, delays caused by embassies, or for indirect/consequential losses.

5. Intellectual property

All content, logos, and code on this site are owned by Gateway Tours or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
